UASC : Bookings

Before staying at the lodge, members need to read the GENERAL INFORMATION section with details about staying at the lodge.
Bookings can be made ONLINE
The cost of staying at the lodge is $28 per night ($45 for Saturday when booked singly) for members.
Members should be aware of and understand the clubs Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be accompanied by payment; bookings will not be processed until payment has been received. Please note that internet funds transfers and credit card payments can take up to two business days to be received.
All bookings must be confirmed BEFORE you arrive at the lodge. This can be done by checking the bookings list on our website, or if it is a special group booking, via email with the Bookings Officer. In the majority of cases, bookings will be confirmed within 24hrs of payment being received.
When making a booking, please allow sufficient time for the booking and paymentw to be processed. If you are making an online booking, we suggest a minimum of 72 hrs (3 days) before the booking date.
If you wish to change the date of your bookings, you must email the bookings officer. If the booking is for a completely different date, it shall be considered as a cancellation and the Cancellation Policy shall apply. If the dates you wish to change your booking to overlap with the original booking dates, please email the bookings officer and they will consider moving the booking if there are spaces available on the new dates.
To conform with Fire regulations, we have an occupancy limit which cannot be exceeded. Members or non-members who turn up without booking will be refused accommodation if the Lodge is full.
Members' bookings have priority over non-member bookings up until a week prior to the booking date. This means that non-member bookings are not confirmed until a week before the first night of the booking. A member cannot kick out a non-member once a non-members booking is confirmed.
Members are encouraged to bring their non-member mates to the lodge. If a booking has been made for a group of members and non-members, no-one in the group will be confirmed until full payment of the booking as been received. Non-members in the group will not be confirmed until a week before the first night of the booking. Please be aware that members are responsible for non-members they bring along, including for any damage that they sustain to club property.
Members who turn up at the lodge without booking will pay the non-member rate.
If you arrive after 5pm on the first night of your booking, dinner will not be prepared for you unless you inform the custodian before hand. You can reach the custodian on the lodge phone: 07 892 3869.
Credit nights expire 31st December each year and are not transferable to the next ski season.
Members who use the Club lodge without making payment will be invoiced for the appropriate amount. Committee will revoke the membership of members who fail to make the required payments.
Any matter arising not covered here will be dealt with at the discretion of the UASC Committee. All decisions are final.
